Our Policy PLACING AN ORDER:

    A 6% sales tax charge will be added to all orders shipped to a Maryland address.  All orders generally ship within 3 days (Monday - Friday). However, in some instances, orders may take up to 5 business days before being shipped to recipient.
  2. Holiday Orders:
    In an effort to complete holiday orders on time, we request that you place your orders at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance of the holiday, if possible. Delivery/shipping times are not guaranteed for major holidays.
  3. Large and Custom Orders:
    Large and custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit to process order. The completion time will depend on the number of orders and availability of product.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
Occasionally, we may need to substitute a basket, container or items within your basket or container with something of equal or greater value based on availability and season. For example, during summer months we may substitute chocolate items for cookies, pretzels, etc.

E-GIFT CERTIFICATES:
E-gift certificates can be purchased online and redeemed online during checkout. There are no shipping or delivery fees for purchasing gift certificates. All E-gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. If there is any amount remaining on the E-gift certificate after the purchase, the E-gift certificate will still be valid for the remaining amount and can be used toward any future purchase before the expiration date.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
APN Gift Baskets or www.apngiftbaskets.com reserves the right after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.

LOCAL DELIVERIES:
Delivery is free to Owings Mills, Maryland when your E-mail, fax, mail or phone in your order.  There is a $10 minimum charge for local deliveries by courier. Local delivery includes: Baltimore City, Baltimore, Howard, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Prince George's and Montgomery counties. We do not deliver on Sundays or major holidays. Gifts are generally delivered within 3 days and in many cases can be delivered the same day if ordered by 12 noon - please call to confirm. Local deliveries may be delivered by a courier or shipped using DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS.

SHIPPING ORDERS: We ship within the United States and may utilize the services of DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship your products and obtain signature confirmation, unless otherwise requested by sender. Shipping fees may vary depending on location, weight and shipping date. If an incorrect address is provided to us or if delivery is refused at correct address, we cannot provide a refund or credit on delivery or shipping charges. You will also incur additional shipping or delivery charges to re-send product. Therefore, we encourage you to verify shipping address to avoid additional fees for incorrect addresses. If shipping/delivery error is made by APN Gift Baskets, then we will assume the costs for delivery or shipping. We generally ship orders within 3 business days; however, if product is not available it may take longer. There is no delivery or shipping charge for gift certificates. There are no shipping deliveries on holidays or Sundays. Ground shipments may take up to 6 weekdays to reach its destination. In case of severe weather or acts of war, shipments are not guaranteed. We do not deliver to APO/FPO, P.O. Box addresses and hospitals. Please call 410-902-7267 if you need more information on shipping or delivery costs.  When we offer "Free Shipping" to our customers, shipping will be sent via Ground and generally takes 5 to 7 days for product to reach its destination.

METHODS OF PAYMENT (U.S. Dollars):
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), personal and business checks. If paying by check, your order will be processed after check clears. Therefore, we recommend ordering at least 7 – 10 days in advance of delivery date, allowing time for check clearance. Please be sure to include a completed order form (see “Order Forms” link above) with your check and mail to APN Gift Baskets, P.O. Box 1424, Owings Mills, MD 21117. A $34 fee will be charged to customer if a check is returned for insufficient funds. In addition, we accept cash at our gift party events and trade shows.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If any product does not meet your satisfaction, for any reason, please notify us within 3 days after receipt by phone at 410-902-7267 or send an e-mail to info@apngiftbaskets.com. At that time, we will determine if a refund, exchange or credit is warranted and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if approved. We do not grant refunds, returns or exchanges on perishable gift products nor "customized" baskets since they are made especially for you at your request. A 15% service fee will be charged to you for returns and/or cancellations if order is processed. Sales are final on clearance gifts.

  1. Cancellations:
    If you need to change or cancel your order after you have submitted it, please phone us immediately before your order is processed. Once order has been processed, a 15% service fee will be charged to you, in addition to delivery or shipping charges, if your order is in transit.
  2. Returns: All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. We do not accept unauthorized returns. Once the product is opened, we do not accept returns unless the product has been damaged while in transit for delivery. If product is damaged, please notify us immediately and save the damaged product(s) and all packaging material for proper credit or replacement. Please note that delivery and shipping charges on returned merchandise is generally non-refundable. If a refund is granted, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after you receive your RMA number. To minimize further delay and add protection to your merchandise, we suggest you insure the authorized return product with a shipping carrier that tracks packages.
  3. Exchanges: We will exchange your unopened gift product for something of equal or greater value. With approval, gift product may be returned for exchange within 7 business days of receipt with a note on the back of your receipt indicating the reason for exchange.

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and value you as a customer and will never rent or sell your personal information to anyone. The information we collect is used to process your requested order, provide you with status of your order and personalize your shopping experience. We reserve the right to change our policy and terms. We will disclose your information in response to a valid request issued by a court, government agency or regulatory authority.�
